Printer scanner copier reviews

Printer scanner copier reviews are evaluations and analysis from consumer magazines and product experts that measure the overall capabilities, reliability, and prices of the most well-known brands of all in one copier units.

Popular companies

Multifunction copiers are quite popular in the business world today because of the cost savings involved in purchasing one do-it-all machine. There are many companies that offer multifunctions:

  • Canon
  • Ricoh
  • HP
  • Epson
  • Kodak
  • Brother
  • Lexmark

The popularity of these copiers has led to many reviews on what is the best unit for the money, the specific features of each machine, and what is the average price for these units.

Quick reviews evaluated some all-in-one units and provided a printer scanner copier review of several different models on November 18, 2010. The writer, Peter Piazza, states that he considers an “all-in-one printer” to be a unit that has printing, copying, and scanning abilities, though purists insist that faxing has to be included. Therefore, the printer-scanner-copier units mentioned in this review don’t necessarily have faxing capabilities.

The number 1 unit in this study was the Epson Artisan 810. It is considered a high-end unit based on its price, but for that price, you get a ton of features, including the ability to quickly print, scan, and copy wirelessly.

The number 2 unit in this study was the HP Photosmart eStation All-In-One Printer. This unit has a seven-inch wireless tablet so that you can surf while you are waiting for your important documents to be printed, copied, and/or scanned.

The number 3 unit in this study, the Canon Pixma MP610, did a solid job with printing-scanning-copying, and it also has a very handy scroll wheel and an extra-large tilt LCD screen.

The number 5 unit in this study, the Brother MFC-255CW All-In-One Printer, delivers excellent print quality and also has the ability to perform over a wireless network.

The number 6 unit in this study, the Lexmark S605 Interact All-In-One Printer, has a large and intelligently designed touch screen, along with many customizable applications to adjust the printing-scanning-copying capabilities of this printer.

The number 10 unit in this study, the Kodak ESP 7250, provides a separate tray for photos, can perform over a wireless network, and also has Bluetooth.

When comparing reviews

It is important to read reviews before making any large business purchase – they help a business choose the product with the best features and price to fit their business needs, whether it’s wireless capabilities, Bluetooth, other customizable options, easy to configure, or all of the above. It is up to each individual business to determine exactly what features are needed and how much each business is willing to invest in its own machine.
